Because Multazim provides a digital service — enabling customers to send their requests to factories and receive price quotes — the subscription fee is charged in return for commencing that digital service.
- The customer may request a full refund if the request has not yet started processing or been sent to the factories.
- Once the request has begun processing or been sent to the factories, the subscription fee is non-refundable, as the service has already commenced.
- If a technical error on the platform prevents the service from being delivered, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Refund requests are processed within no more than 7 business days from the date the request is approved.
